What this covers
This notice covers the SptChck website as it exists today: a rate calculator and a waitlist. The marketplace is not open yet. When it opens, a fuller policy will replace this one and we will tell anyone on the waitlist before it takes effect.
The rate calculator
You do not need an account and we do not ask who you are. We record the figures you enter (platform, follower count, engagement rate, category, location) together with the estimate produced, so we can tell how the calculator is used and improve how it prices work. A random identifier groups one visit’s runs together; it is not linked to you and it is discarded when you close the tab.
The waitlist
We collect what you type into the form: your email address, whether you are a creator or an advertiser, and whatever optional detail you choose to add. We use it to contact you about SptChck and to decide who to onboard first. That is all.
What we will not do
We will not sell your details, share them with advertisers or data brokers, add you to any list you did not ask for, or email you about anything other than SptChck. There is an unsubscribe link on every email.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to delete them or until we close the waitlist, whichever comes first. Calculator records are kept as aggregate pricing data and contain nothing that identifies you.
Your choices
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no conditions. If you are in the UK or EU you have these rights under the GDPR; we will honour the same requests from anyone, wherever you are.
Who processes this for us
The site is hosted by a cloud provider and the data is stored in a managed database. We will publish the full list of processors when the marketplace opens.

Note for review: this notice describes the waitlist and calculator only. Before the marketplace opens (and before any payment, message or identity document passes through SptChck) this needs replacing with a full privacy policy, terms of service, creator agreement and advertiser agreement drafted by a lawyer. It also needs a real contact address and legal entity name.
